Need to register a birth or apply for your Secure Certificate of Indian Status (Status Card)? Our Membership Team will be hosting Birth Registration & Status Card Application Clinics at the following locations:
August 11 – Pigeon Lake Health Centre 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
August 12 – River Cree Resort & Casino (Enoch, AB) 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
August 13 – Best Western Premier Calgary Plaza Hotel & Conference Centre (Calgary, AB) 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
If you or a family member need assistance with birth registration or a Status Card application, we encourage you to attend the clinic closest to you.
