Nation-wide Governance and Administration Organizational Assessment.

Samson Cree Nation is inviting qualified independent proponents to submit proposals for a culturally grounded 360-degree assessment of governance, administration, organizational capability, and implementation readiness.

The assessment will help establish a current-state baseline, identify organizational strengths and systemic gaps, and develop practical recommendations to strengthen governance, accountability, continuity, and implementation capacity across the Nation.

The successful proponent will be expected to assess areas including governance and leadership, organizational structure, HR systems, finance and accountability, program and service delivery, information/data systems, and communications.
