The Maskwacîs Fire Department is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fire Chief to lead fire protection services and emergency response operations within the community.
The Fire Chief will oversee department operations, emergency preparedness, fire prevention initiatives, training, and leadership of fire personnel while ensuring the safety and well-being of community members.
✔️ Leadership experience in fire services or emergency management ✔️ Strong knowledge of fire prevention, emergency response, and public safety ✔️ Excellent communication, organizational, and team leadership skills ✔️ Experience working with Indigenous communities is considered an asset ✔️ Valid certifications and training related to firefighting and emergency services preferred
